Praise the Lord; 3 in 1

The Bible talks about many different ways to 'Praise the LORD.' Some raise their hands. Some bow to their knees. Some jump around. Some praise God through giving to others. Some of the crazies roll around on the floor. None of this is scary or weird to me because I was raised around a bunch of radical worshippers. However, I have found a new way to praise. I call it 3 in 1.

Psalm 47:1 says, "Clap your hands, all you nations;"
Psalm 150:3 states, "Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet."
Because of a gift given to him, Paul calls this, "a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God" (Philippians 4:18).
All three of these are very important ways of worship. I have just decided to combine the three into one.

The 3 (clapping, trumpet, and fragrant offering) in 1 (worship) comes to us in a very usual form. In fact, I don't know of anyone who can't, or even has never, done this. But using this talent, embarassement, or whatever you want to call it for the Lord is up to you.

So, in a worship service, I PASS GAS. First, my cheeks flap together creating the 'clapping.' Second, the sound of gas released creates the 'trumpet' sound. And finally, I get to share the 'fragrant offering' with anyone who is within 10 feet. PRAISE THE LORD!!!
